Water Willow

Spikes of flowers on long stalks; each about 1″ long with overlapping flowers and buds. Dark purple mottling at the base of the lower lobe; lobes mostly white, tinted pale purple or lightly speckled with fine purple dots. The root system is highly rhizomatous, forming colonies of plants.
